Clients must ensure access to the affected property at the agreed time. Missed appointments may be subject to a call-out fee.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, & bank transfer.

4. Health & Safety

We operate in accordance with UK health and safety laws. Clients will be advised of any safety measures they must take during or after treatment.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we aim to fully resolve pest issues, effectiveness can vary due to environmental and property-specific factors. Follow-up treatments may be necessary. Sure Kill is not liable for pest return due to failure to follow recommendations or new infestations.

6. Warranty

Where applicable, warranty terms will be discussed prior to treatment.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
