Terms of service.

By booking or using services from SureKill, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and fairness for both our clients and our team.

1. Service Provision

SureKill provides pest control and animal management services across the Scottish Borders and nearby areas. All treatments are carried out by trained and insured technicians, in accordance with UK law and industry best practice.

2. Bookings and Access

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If access is not available upon arrival, a call-out fee may be charged.

  • Delays caused by pets, locked gates, or other access issues are the responsibility of the client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.

  • Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur late fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Guarantees and Effectiveness

  • While we strive for complete resolution, pest behaviour and environmental conditions can affect the outcome.

  • Some treatments may require follow-up visits, which will be discussed beforehand.

  • Guarantees, if applicable, will be confirmed in writing.

  • Sure Kill cannot guarantee results if client instructions (such as hygiene or proofing measures) are not followed.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

  • Sure Kill operates in compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.

  • We will advise of any hazards or necessary safety precautions following treatment.

  • The client is responsible for keeping pets and children away from treated areas as instructed.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by pests or infestations prior to our treatment or as a result of failure to follow post-treatment advice.

7. Use of Chemicals & Treatments

  • All products used are approved for professional use in the UK.

  • We always aim to minimise risk to humans, pets, and the environment.

  • Safety data sheets are available upon request.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Client data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.

9. Complaints
